Instructor-led Training: Our instructor-led training courses are delivered live via audio and web conference. During the sessions, you are connected to a trainer who is a web conferencing expert. He or she will application share with you to demonstrate how to use the product. He or she will also coach and direct you through various hands-on activities. There are Q & A sessions after each module to ensure any questions you have are addressed to your satisfaction.

The purpose of this course is to provide you with the knowledge and skills required to effectively lead your Unified Meeting 5 meetings. The course employs multiple instructional strategies designed to provide the hands-on learning experience you need to be a successful Unified Meeting 5 moderator. The course is delivered via Unified Meeting 5 and lasts approximately 90 minutes.

The objectives for the course include:

  • Logging in
  • Starting a meeting (e.g., updating your information, establishing an audio connection, and installing the required presentation tools)
  • Getting started with Unified Meeting 5 (e.g., logging into your account, starting a meeting, inviting meeting participants, managing meeting participants, accessing help, and exiting a meeting)
  • Sharing with participants
  • Collaborating with participants
 

IMPORTANT: There is pre-work required for this course. After completing the pre-work, you will have accomplished the first two objectives. The remaining objectives are achieved during the live training. The "Getting started" module provides the essential knowledge and skills required to get you up and running with Unified Meeting 5 quickly. The course is then designed to build upon these skills in subsequent modules. In module 03, you learn how to share with meeting participants, while in module 04, you learn how to collaborate with your participants. If you do not expect to share during your meetings, you can exit the training session after module 02. If you do plan on sharing, but you do not intend on using the collaboration tools, you can leave the training session after module 03.
