This is a basic training session for Genesys Meeting Center.
The training will last approximately 20 minutes and will give you an overview on the basic functions of Genesys Meeting Center.
The aim for this session is to provide you with the skills to hold a basic web conference.
Agenda will be:
- Scheduling a meeting
- Sharing your desktop/applications
- Uploading and sharing a presentation
- Muting and un-muting participants
The session is delivered via audio and web conference and lasts approximately 30 minutes.
