Moms and Daughters
Bring your daughter along to hear from Legacy's experts in women's and adolescent health!
It can be challenging to start or continue the conversation with your daughters about personal subjects such as: first gynecological exams, puberty, sexuality, birth control, healthy relationships, body image, menstrual cycles, sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and the HPV vaccine. Come to this lively class and learn more.
There will be plenty of time for Q & A including the option to text in your questions anonymously. You’ll get your questions answered, and so will she!
Check-in and light refreshments from 5 - 5:30 pm. Discussion begins at 5:30 p.m. and is followed by Q & A.
Speakers: Dr. Megan Bird MD, Dr. Melissa Pendergrass MD and Dr. Virgina San Miguel MD from Legacy Medical Group - Women's Specialty Clinic.
Registration: This is a free event open to the public. Pre-registration is required. Registration is for one adult and one daughter. Please let us know at registration if you will be bringing more than one additional person.
Registration Confirmation: You will get an email confirmation after registering. If you do not get an email confirmation, please check your spam folder.
Cancellation: If you can not come for any reason, please cancel your reservation by logging into your Legacy account.
