Too busy taking care of others to take care of yourself?
Are you at the bottom of your list? Do you put everyone else’s needs above your own? We understand that it is not always easy to make time for yourself, but it is important.
Make time for your health…
Heart disease is the No. 1 cause of death for women. It is called the silent killer. How’s your heart? How’s your health? Just by making small changes, you can make a big difference in your overall health and well-being. We can show you how to start.
Hear what our health and wellness experts have to say while enjoying an evening out at the Portland Art Museum. Former Oregonian columnist and local talent Margie Boule will moderate a panel discussion about emotions, food, movement and your heart’s health.
You’ll leave with valuable information about diet, exercise and stress management. Best of all, you’ll leave inspired to make changes!
We will serve complimentary appetizers and tastings of heart-healthy treats from Guild Winemakers and Missionary Chocolates. A no-host bar will also be available.
This is a FREE event, sponsored by Legacy Heart Services. Preregistration is required.
